After two years at £65, the basic price for bed, breakfast and evening meal plus horse grazing and cool mix is now £70 per person per night from January 1st 2008.

E-mail us with your name and address and we will send you a fullcolour brochure, Factfile and booking form. If you've already got a brochure, simply fill in the Booking Form and send it to us with a non-refundable deposit of £10 per person per night.

We take bookings by post or over the phone - either way, we can only accept them with an up-front deposit of £10 per person per night which becomes non-refundable when our B&B hosts accept your dates. At this point, the deposit is passed on to them to secure your booking.

Before booking, you and your friends should read the Factfile (either the on-line version or the printed one that comes with our current brochure) and our Terms of Business. We also need to verify that the person making the booking is over 18, that all the horses in the party will be wormed and vaccinated against equine 'flu and tetanus for the duration of the ride, and that all the horses will also have third party public liability insurance cover for the duration of the ride.

There's a pdf version of the booking from the Factfile and Terms of Business web pages, which you should read first. Once you've done so, click on the green Booking Form button at the foot of the page, print the form off, complete and sign it, then post it back to us with your deposit.

Once we have agreed dates with all the hosts involved in your booking, we will send written confirmation of your ride itinerary along with a copy of our cancellation policy and an invoice for your final balance.

We require a signed booking form in any event which lists the names and addresses of all the members of your party - so if we take your booking over the phone, we need one in the post either by return, or with a cheque for your final balance payment 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. When we receive your final balance payment, we will prepare and dispatch the route-kit containing your maps and route notes.

You can pay both your deposit and final balance by cheque or by credit or debit card over the phone - we accept Visa, Delta, Switch/Maestro, Solo and Mastercard Eurocard, but not American Express or Diners Club. Unfortunately we're not able to offer a fully automated on-line card payment service because the encryption software we would need to make it safe for you to use is too expensive.
